The questions I ask come from a vision of how things could be: different, better, more fluid, and more beautiful. They come from a place that acknowledges the fear of scarcity—the kind that can knock the wind out of you if you’re not careful. But I also know that these fears are shared, and they should never be a reason to isolate ourselves from one another. For the most part, we are all well-intentioned people. So, how could we recalibrate our practices to better serve everyone? In the end, everything must change. Our power lies in deciding how that change will take shape…
